Parmesan Biscuits
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Sift together in a large bowl: 1 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
  1/2 tsp. salt
  1 T. baking powder
  5 T. olive oil
  1 C. milk
  1/4 C. shredded Parmesan or cheddar
  1/2 C. raisins, currants or blueberries
Stir for 1 minute (no more). Drop into large muffin tin (makes 12) or onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Serves six.
