Pesto sauce
Combine in food processor: 1 C. pignolia nuts
  1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  2 cloves garlic
  2-3 C. fresh basil leaves (2 hydroponically grown garlands, if you buy them that way)
  8 oz. finely grated Parmesan cheese
  1 C. olive oil
Blend thoroughly; store in refrigerator.
